Parking spaces were too tight.

Quiet - Pleasant helpful staff - Serene atmosphere - Guest friendly.
Parking was not very close and convenient.
Easy access to highways. Near Southlake for great shopping. Many good restaurants within minutes.

Clean and well appointed.
Unreliable wireless internet connection that they charged $12.95 a day plus taxes to use.
Beautiful, well appointed but small room. Public areas are tastefully done. Very busy the night we were there: two local high school proms. Garage parking that worked well for us.

The work out facility.
The bed comfort and able to hear the noise from next room!
Will not recommend this hotel due to most important factors, bed comfort, noise level from right next door. Able to hear people next door coughing!

Well-appointed, friendly, The room was beautifully scented.
It was a bit of a distance from my family.
First class in every way. The staff was excellent and unobtrusive. The rooms clean,well-appointed, with a good scent, recent decor and scrupulously clean.
